With deep roots in Southern matriarchal wisdom, I draw upon generations of healing and leadership to provide personalized care and support.

 

As a Doula, writer, radio host, and public speaker, I empower expectant mothers through education and advocacy. Whether leading workshops, mentoring new parents, or sharing childbirth insights, my approach is infused with the warmth and resilience inherited from my ancestors.

 

Beyond my professional life, I embrace the joys and challenges of motherhood, raising a remarkable son as a successful single mother. My diverse passions range from serene hikes to exhilarating skydives, rhythmic music, complex algebra, and immersive Netflix adventures. Nourished by travel, beach tranquility, and eclectic cuisine, I call Hell's Kitchen, NYC, home – a vibrant reflection of my collaborative, spiritually rooted practice.

I’m also currently pursuing my Ed.D degree in Executive Leadership with a focus on Social Justice at Saint John Fisher University!
